Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag made it a date night at the 51st American Music Awards in Las Vegas. Heidi has had a career resurgence after she and Spencer lost their Pacific Palisades home in the L.A. fires, and she got choked up as she spoke about feeling more hopeful and also determined to work hard to rebuild their life. Spencer has been the best husband when it comes to supporting Heidi’s music, but he gushed that she’s an even better wife!
