In the track, he raps, “My baby she ran away / But first she tried to get me committed / Not going to the hospital ’cause I am not sick I just do not get it.” He attributes Censori’s departure to his impulsive, hate-filled rants on X, stating, “She’s having a panic attack and she is not liking the way that I tweeted.”

Speculation about their split surfaced in February, but West’s song marked the first official acknowledgment from either party regarding their troubles, according to reports from In Touch.
