Inspectors are spotted at Kanye West’s Malibu beachfront property after the rapper finally found a buyer for his Tadao Ando-designed home. Having bought the property for $57.3 million and selling it for a reported $39 million, potential buyers are currently in escrow as inspectors make their way through the gutted estate which could use A LOT of (expensive) TLC.
