We’re just days away from the trial of the decade, as Sean “Diddy” Combs faces judge and jury and the possibility of life in prison on charges of sex trafficking, kidnapping, and racketeering. The star witness is expected to be his ex Cassie Ventura, who is seen in the disturbing hotel attack surveillance video obtained by CNN. When she does take the stand, Cassie could be questioned by a survivor of sexual assault. Lawyer Nicole Westmoreland is the latest attorney added to the Diddy team. She says she was raped by a music executive’s friend in an Atlanta recording studio in 2001. Legal analyst Areva Martin explains to “Extra” why Diddy’s team will have a difficult time cross-examining Cassie.
